Overview:
The City Manager, appointed by the City Council, is responsible for the overall operation and supervision of city within the policy directives of the City Council. As the administrative head of city government, the City Manager is responsible for the hiring and dismissal of all employees. He/She advises the Council on policy matters and presents the city's annual budget, including long-range goals and the Capital Improvement Program, to the Council. The City Manager is also responsible for the administration of the budget after adoption.

Overview:
The City is very proactive in providing its customer with the most modern and up to date power delivery in the state. The City uses electronic metering, maintains its right of ways, has a pole change out policy, and is always continuing to upgrade the system. Electricity prices in the City are some of the cheapest in the state. We are currently cheaper than the competition in our area. Our customers enjoy some of the lowest outage times in the state.

Overview:
The mission of the Evergreen Recreation Department is to provide low-cost, recreational opportunities, facilities and programs to as wide a range of citizens of Evergreen as possible. Our goal is to maximize the use of such facilities and to ensure that all who seek to participate in Evergreen recreation have an opportunity to do so.

Overview:
The Evergreen street and sanitation department provides garbage and trash pickup services for Evergreen residents and helps maintain clean streets in the city.
Schedule:
Tuesday Service Day – All Residential Homes & Small Businesses "West of the CSX Railroad Track" including Willie Rogers Rd., Pierce St., Roland Dees Rd., Pipkin Land, Valhalla Dr., Merriwood Dr., and North Main St.
Thursday Service Day – All Residential Homes & Small businesses "East of the CSX Railroad Track."
